Paper Submission Guidelines

• Authors are requested to submit the paper electronically through the EDAS online submission system before January 31st, 2015
• Each author is requested to submit a 35-word abstract and a no more than 3-page long paper in PDF file (single space with double columned).
• All submissions MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant

Submission Instructions

Note: You may need to register in EDAS system first before submitting your work.

• Step 1: When you login in EDAS system (http://edas.info/index.php), click ‘submit paper’. At the ‘conference’ bar, you can find ‘OECC2015’, the 20th Optoelectronics and Communications Conference.
• Step 2: At the right side of that line, there is an orange button named ‘submit paper’. By clicking it, you will enter a page (http://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=18307) where writes ‘Register a paper for OECC2015’ on the top of it. 
  
• Step 3: Before submitting the paper, you should pay close attention to content of the categories and click on the right name of the category to submit your paper.
